c. Service Warranty

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the appliance and the issues experienced. This includes model numbers, error codes, and any previous repair history.

c. Safe Environment

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the repair environment is safe for the technician. This includes, but is not limited to, addressing any issues related to electrical outlets, water supply, and gas connections.

4. Limitation of Liability

a. Service Limitations

  • ASH Expert Repair will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee that the repair will result in the appliance being restored to perfect working condition, especially in cases where the appliance is nearing the end of its usable life or has pre-existing damage.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, food spoilage, or other incidental or consequential damages resulting from the appliance’s malfunction or the repair process.

b. Exclusion of Warranties

  • Except for the express warranties provided in these Terms, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
